Notice

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. 

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues. 

4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed. 

5)Please check the shipping address you provide when placing the order to see if it is reachable or not. And we are not responsible for checking every shipping address to see if it is correct. The package will be returned to us due to insufficient address(Apartment/Suit Number is missing).

6)The shipping time can be a bit longer than expected caused by unexpected disasters, pandemic, strike and more.

United States of America

All shipments to the United States of America after 30th March 2015 and under the value of $800 will be subject to free duties and taxes.

Canada

All deliveries to Canada may be subject to duties, taxes and admin fees, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
