Notice
- Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping Time does not include the 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
- We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
- If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.
- Please check the shipping address you provide when placing the order to see if it is reachable or not. We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of shipping addresses. Packages returned due to insufficient address information (e.g., missing apartment/suite number) will be addressed accordingly.
- Shipping time may be extended due to unexpected events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, and other disruptions.
Taxes & Duties
United States of America
All shipments to the United States of America after March 30, 2015, and under the value of $800 will be subject to free duties and taxes.
Canada
All deliveries to Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, and administrative fees. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
IDEALBTS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
IDEALBTS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
