Returns

Return any item within 30 days if it’s unused and in original condition. It must be in the original packaging.

How to Return

• We’ll send you a return authorization number and return instructions.
• Don’t return the item to the manufacturer. Follow the return instructions provided.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

• Contact your bank or credit card company for processing times.

Exchanges

Gifts

If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If not, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
